What others are saying:
“We are having an issue over 23 windows, these were installed by City Sash,Cincinnati,OH. We have tried several times to discuss with City Sash and they basically told us they would see us in court.”
– James, consumeraffairs.com
“I had them do 9 windows in my house. The installers weren’t really to friendly one was actually rude, they had trouble with the installation, on e window didn’t fit, had to reorder it. the windows are ok, don’t think they’re great, I’m not totally dissatisfied but probably would go a different direction if i could redo.”
– Brett, Yahoo Local
“We have a framed house rental property inDelhithat we had a hard time getting a new tenant so we invested in new siding. It really made a big difference and we put a photo up on Craig’s List and rented it in 4 days. Anyway, City Sash did our job and in the end this is going to be a good payoff for us.”
– Mary Kay, Yahoo Local
“I hadn’t heard of this company when we started checking out differentCincinnatiwindow companies to call but their rep was the second to come out and we were pretty impressed with his consultation and to me he seemed a lot more experienced and his estimate was better than what I thought we’d see. Our house is older and they did a really nice job on 8 windows and our place really looks nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to a friend.”
– Susan, Yahoo Local
“I am very opinionated about their products because of what I see as poor design in the way most of their window lines are built. I would personally never recommend them if someone has other options as I believe that there are many better designed products out there to choose from.”

Bottom Line: This is a typical “maybe yes, maybe no” company. The reviews are fairly split down the middle. As with any service company, so much depends on the crew assigned to the job. The major concern is with the customer service after the sale.
